Cook Time 20 minutes
Step 1 Add FreshWise Biryani Paste to a medium hot pressure cooker and sauté for 5 minutes
Step 2 Add vegetables or protein of your choice and sauté for 5 to 10 minutes
Step 3 Add 3¾ cups water (approx. 900 ml) and ½ tablespoon salt
Step 4 Add rice (2½ US cups, soaked 20 minutes and drained), mix gently
Step 5 Close lid and pressure cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes
Instant Pot Directions
Use sauté mode for Steps 1 to 4
For Step 5, close lid and cook using rice mode
Note
For goat and beef, pressure cook with 2 to 3 cups water until tender before Step 3. Adjust water accordingly
