Return Policy
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality standards.
Customers may request returns for eligible products within the return window specified at the time of purchase.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Certain items such as perishable goods, food products, customized products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
Returns may be considered for such products only if:
1. Product is damaged in transit
2. Incorrect product was delivered.
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and supporting photos for damaged items.
You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy
Once a returned item is received and inspected, INDIHUB will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping fees, handling charges, and non-returnable items may not be refundable unless required by applicable law. INDIHUB reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with the stated return conditions.
